Recipients by Results Search Failure: Unexpected errors

Hi all,

I have an open case #757758 in regards to a saved search that returns an error every time it attempts to email results by recipient, and I'm wondering if anyone else has this trouble. The error just says "Search Failure : Customer Items Ordered List TEST" An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.


I spent time on the phone reading the support folks their own help, so I'm hoping somebody here has actually used the feature successfully.

The search works fine, but when I try to email recipients by results it seems to run into trouble.
