Greeting Card Spam In Our Cases!?
We're having a major issue today with new cases being created using an anonymous customer name with the greeting card email spam content that includes some hyperlink to an exe file. There have been 4 cases created so far this morning, and the only thing I've been able to do is delete the cases. The anonymous customer account has been inactive for over a year nor it doesn't have NS access to customer center. However, when I try to delete this customer, I get this...
You can't delete this customer because it's set up as default Anonymous Customer.
And when I try to merge it with another record I get this...
