Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Wrong inventory numbers?
Hi,
Our actual inventory numbers are usually pretty close to the ones in NetSuite, so we've never needed an inventory count for a long time. Within the last couple weeks, we were caught by surprise many times because some items in Netsuite show 100+ on hand while we actually have nothing in the warehouse. I don't think we have that many items lost/stolen in the warehouse so I'd like to think there is a reason NetSuite is not deducting the numbers properly. And I think we will see more of these surprises in coming days.
Does anybody else have similar issues? How can I troubleshoot this problem? I generated a report for a specific item for the full month so I can see all the purchase orders and fulfillment. Numbers kind of match but there is no column for the onhand qty so I don't know how a specific PO or fulfillment impacted the onhand qty after that transaction.
