Customizing a customer center transaction form
I have been searching this forum for an hour now and I can not find anything relating to this. I am trying to customize a sales order (external) form that is for use with the customer center. What I want to change is what is printed on the form when we print it. There are columns, like Serial number for example, that we do not want to have on the printed form but I can not for the life of me figure out how to make those changes. Is this even possible???
