Checkout worries

Is it time for an audit of whether or not the checkout/cart function is fully functioning?

Over the past two weeks there have been at least two reported issues that have left me very concerned:

Web Store Checkout Failing

I am sure NS can relate that globally this a very competitive time and even though we are not completely reliant on our web store (I am sure some vendors are) it is an exciting growth area for us and problems such as this are very annoying and costly
