Items are not being published properly to website

Hi all,

       We have a problem since some time back. When we create items they are not being published properly on website.

       We have opened a case (Case # 768878) on this. Some items are published as per the support instructions. Some items din't.

       When we cross checked with three browsers the results are little annoying.

       We loaded three items. On Google Chrome, it is showing all the three. On FireFox-3 it is shwoing two items and whereas the great IE showing only one !!!

      Any help greatly appreciated.
