Sync Internal error

Im trying to sync my outlook 2003 calendar with netsuite on a vista machine. It has worked on other machines.

When i click on configure applications, it gets as far as "Setting up intellisync user" then i get an error "Internal Error (See Logs)"

Where are the logs and any ideas???
