Who beats up their users like this??!!
I just spent 20+ minutes entering all the details for a new employee.
Clicked save and a popup "You have exceeded the number of licenses.. blah blah blah"
ALL DATA ENTERED DISCARDED!!!!!!!!!!
It's ridiculous, infuriating and completely unescessary.
I don't understand how software that has problems like this is released. To make things worse, AFTER the data was discarded it displayed a screen to allow me to request (purcha$e) more accounts - that's the LAST thing you want to see when you just lost your work
Phillip, I request you consider this post a warning to other users. It doesn't ask a question, but I'm posting it as a "head's up" so please don't delete it. I just need to share with other "users" on this "user group" forum.
