New USPS Shipping Endicia FromPhone error
I have followed all the steps and activated the new USPS Endicia shipping program. Account is set up through NetSuite and is funded. All seems in place. I can't get it to work though. Each time I try to fulfill and order with the USPS Priority Mail option I get the following error message:
Missing or invalid data element: FromPhone
It appears to be a missing NetSuite field, not a field from the www.endicia.com account. I have looked everywhere in NetSuite to find a missing FromPhone field that is empty but I can not find it. I have looked under Company Information, Accounting: Shipping, Shipping Items, all fields are filled in. There is no place on the individual fulfillment to enter FromPhone either.
