Existing Search Problems / New Search problems
Hello Everyone,
I had made an advanced search for our administration team that has been working GREAT for a very long time, until the last month of using it.
The search is very simple, it pulls the type "INVOICE", with a SHIP VIA (specific courier setup via SHIPPING ITEMS), from a GL Account for our freight.
What this does is allow our Administration team to run a report and cross reference our courier bill to what was shipped to compare costs, etc.
Just as of lately, this report is missing some invoices and I cannot understand why. I tried to make the search again, and it's still not producing the results I had previously or desire.
