Actual Time not calculating on CRM tasks.
I think this has been happening for my users since the 2008.2 upgrade.
All crm tasks created off of new jobs seem to never save/show the Actual Time calculated field i.e. it is always shows nothing on the task record and displays 0.00 on saved searches.
This functionality worked up until September by the looks of things.
Apart from hiding the schedule tab from the job/project record we haven't changed our work flow since pre 2008.2
Interesting fact: It seems like old ongoing jobs with new tasks still calculate the Actual Time as per usual. So I wonder if I'm looking for a setting on the job?
