Error message on USPS Fulfillment

When I am fulfilling an International order I am getting this error message. (please see below) 

Unable to retrieve International Label barcode number: Error returned from International Label API: Item Value must be a positive numeric value 99999.99 or less

Has anyone else received this? Any Help would be great!
