Subscriptions & Bulk Email
Test customer group - one test group member confirmed opt-in with # 1 of 5 possible subscriptions.
Test Email template configured with Subscription # 3.
Sent Bulk Merge email using Test template to Test group.
Even though test member is subscribed to only subcription # 1, they rec'd the bulk email.
Tested same Group with a Campaign Email configured to Subscription # 2. Test member did not receive email (expected outcome).
So am I correct in that subscriptions work for Campaign Emails, but not Bulk Merge Emails?
Also, when I look at Bulk Merge Email in the Merge History, the Subcription that I had set is gone. Several tests act the same - even though the email template is pre-configured with a subscription, and the same subscription is chosen for the Bulk Email, after the email is sent, the Subscription is gone after the email is sent.
