Asynchronous Queue Stopped

Hello,

We use the Web Services Asynchronous Queue for many SOAP requests. As of ten o'clock this morning GMT all jobs are stuck at PENDING.

If we can't get these jobs processed we don't get any new estimates or sales orders.

So we can't actually ship anything or bill anybody.

I have phoned support but there is nobody there.

Is anybody out there experiencing similar problems?
