Font size 12 not rendering on website for info item

For the last two days I have been unable to create an info item using a font size 12. NS tells me there is an existing defect report for this. Does anyone know a workaround?

To rehash, I create an info item, set the font size to 12, it displays fine in NS but shows up as 10 (default size) in the webstore. I can change the font - from Arial to Verdana and back - I can change the font color - I can make it black or blue or red - I can make it size 14 - and I have info items I have created earlier that work just fine in font size 12. I have refreshed my site, my browser, etc. NS could reproduce the error at their end.
