Error: Invalid Deal Range (please HELP!)

Error Notice:

Invalid Deal Range - low must be less than projected and high must be greater than projected.

Can anyone tell me why we might be getting this error when trying to create / save new Opportunities?

We do NOT have advanced forecasting turned on and I cannot figure out why this is happening.

Any insight would greatly appreciated!!
