Logins across multiple stores / companies - PROBLEM
On the one hand, NetSuite is smart enough to associate a given set of credentials (email & password) with a particular store/company. Indeed, the same email address can be used across multiple instances of companies using NetSuite, and the different passwords will determine where you end up logging in.
So far so good.
Upon a bad login, however, NetSuite is understandably not so smart. If you have different passwords associated with different backends attached to the same email address, NetSuite can’t figure out which of the backends you were trying to log into, and thus doesn’t know which company to throw the error report to.
