Change Password Character Limit
So, why does the Change Password screen limit the number of characters in a password to 16, yet the Password fields in the Employee record do not?
I am not in a mess as I wanted to change my password the next time I logged on. When I did, I came to the Password screen as expected. However, the limit of 16 characters does not allow me to enter my full password, thus I cannot change my password, meaning I am stuck at the Change Password screen because my password is 28 characters long!!!
I can't even login to file a defect/error/whatever! Plus, without being able to login means I don't have access to the Support phone number or our customer ID. I can't even begin to tell you how much this ****s.
