Excessive Saved Search Response Time
We are experiencing excessive response time to initially display, and to changes in the available filters for Customer searches that are joined with a Custom Record, that is joined with another Customer Record.
It consistently takes well over 75 seconds, sometime up to 2 minutes, for the initial display of the results of the Saved Search. This has been observed by over 6 different users, on different PCs, during different times of the day. The PET Data consistently shows Server response to be 94-99% of the elapsed time. Note that this is in our Sandbox account, but please treat it with the same severity as if it were our Production Account. We are in the final stages for full-up testing preparing to Go Live in one week.
