Netsuite Support Gone Poor?

Folks,

Is it me or is there a quota that support must hit with regards to the number of automated responses I get. Everytime I send a ticket I receive:

Self Service allows you to take advantage of our online tools 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. You may choose from: User Guides, Help, Glossary, Tips, NetSuite User Group, Free Training Clinics and more.

If you are experiencing a Defect or if you would like to file an Enhancement Request you can do so by navigating to Support > Customer Service > Contact Support Online. Support will file the Defect or Enhancement Request on your behalf. In an effort to ensure a prompt accurate response we have closed this dated case.
