Slow Operation again

I have been getting more and more reports from users that the system is slow.

Looking at the PET data that I have been advised about, the network is getting pretty high, over 50% of the loading time.

I am wondering a few things.  How does this measurement come to be?

Also, from my end when I ping the "system.netsuite.com" I get the following:

Pinging system.netsuite.com [167.216.129.11] with 32 bytes of data:

Reply from 167.216.129.11: bytes=32 time=92ms TTL=242
Reply from 167.216.129.11: bytes=32 time=92ms TTL=242
Reply from 167.216.129.11: bytes=32 time=91ms TTL=242


When I run a Trace Route to the same domain the response time gets worse as it passes thought the Savvis Network which seems to be a backbone connection for the system.netsuite.com domain.
