Paypal Errors / Customers turned into leads
This is happening to about 50% of our Paypal customers.We have express checkout enabled.
"Hello,
I ordered through your website...but only the Paypal Payment went through. During the checkout, there was a "down for maintenance" message after submitting the order. That may have been the problem. I logged back in to your site and no transactions are listed. I don't think the order went through, below are the items I purchased. Thanks."
After this happens the customer is turned into a Lead with no way to process their transaction and no information about the items they ordered. The only way we even know they've placed an order is when they contact us to check on their status. This has happend in the past but seem to be happening much more frequently.
