Google Checkout / Listener Error

We set up Google checkout per the instructions for the new feature.  Everything seemed to set up OK, but we're getting the following error when Google tries to talk to the notification URL:

We encountered an error trying to access your server at https://system.netsuite.com/app/external/google/notificationlistener.nl?c=ACCTXXXXXX -- the error we got is Send failed with code: 500.

I'm about to turn it back off again before I open a case with Netsuite (so no other customers get orders messed up).

The feature was just turned on according to Lily Feng: "NetSuite Google Checkout integration feature is going to be available to all US web store customers on Friday, May 29th."
