TAPI inserting 1 for all calls...
I tried to integrate NS with our Avaya phone system and I'm running to a problem where it inserts a 1 in front of all numbers. Support is looking into the issue but they think it is my Avaya system. I've contacted them but I still think it is a NS issue. Has anyone had this issue?
The reasonsI think this is a NS issue is when I dial via NS it tries to dial 1 then the number AND When I insert 9 as a prefix in the preferences (which I have to do), it dials 9 then 1 then the number.
I wouldn't think the Avaya system would recieve a 9 from NS then insert a 1 then receive the number from NS. The Avaya system doesn't know if something is LD or not. The Avaya system does not insert a 1 when I manually dial a local or LD from the keypad.
