Email failures

We recently started using NetSuite's WebStore.  For a while, orders automatically generated emails to our customers to confirm sales.  More recently, some of these emails have started bouncing back to us.

We double checked that we entered the customers' email addresses correctly, which we did.  Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?  This appears to be occurring with some customers, not all.

Any suggestions on how we can troubleshoot?
