Mass Updates - DEAD!
For a few weeks now we have not been able to run ANY mass updates. After the latest release we were able to incorporate the scheduling of mass updates into our core business processes and we even made personnel adjustments because of the time savings. We have a very complicated stock status process that we have to maintain since we deal with so many vendors. This whole process is completely broken which is affecting our sales and I am afraid that I may have to rehire someone to clean up and do the daily management.
This does not only affect our scheduled mass updates - but ANY and ALL mass updates fail. Can you imagine not having the mass update functionality? Any help from Netsuite would be much appreciated as we are heading into our busy season right now and this is urgent.
