We need more error details

When I get my error notification emails like this:

I only get these when I catch an exception and there is no useful messages, I then throw it again to see if NetSuite will maybe pull a stacktrace or something.

Anyways, I've tried calling support and supplying the Ticket to request additional details and I never get anything from them.  What are we supposed to do when the "NetSuite Cloud" or "NetSuite Business Operating System" or "Current buzz name for NetSuite" misbehaves and we need to fix a problem?  Given the information above in that error notification how in the world can I fix the problem?
