ERROR: You must select a FedEx Home Deilvery Type

In 2009.2, when you create a fulfillment with the shipping method FedEx Home Delivery and have signature required, you get the following error:

You must select a FedEx Home Deilvery Type when using FedEx Signature Home Delivery.

I checked with our FedEx rep, and a Home Delivery Type IS NOT required when shipping with a Signature Home Delivery.
