Serious Issues With PayPal & Credit Card Checkout On Our Website

The last several days we have been having serious issues with customers checking out through paypal express and not working. We have to go in three times this last week and delete the pay pal info in our pay pal account and resubmit the permissions. In the meantime, lost sales are racking up and this is another very disappointing Netsuite experience which is costing us.

In addition, there has been 4 customers today telling us that the site is timing out and giving us an error when using credit card. I don't understand why this is happening but there are some very serious problems going on with payments online.
