Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Error:duplicate Keys
ERROR:DUPLICATE KEYS
This record contains duplicate key or keys.
Please correct it before next update.
I have occasionally had web service calls to insert a customer record fail due to this error for "legitimate" reasons. I would very much prefer the record to be inserted and turn up as a suspected duplicate that I can later merge, rather than having my integrations fail.
Lately though, I am seeing with disturbing frequency a customer *update* fail due to this error. Is there any additional information I can refer to to determine what these "keys" are, and which values in particular contain duplicate values, or maybe some identification of the duplicate record? As it is I'm at a loss, and I have orders failing to make it into NetSuite, which makes it difficult to bill them without a lot of manual data entry.
