IE8 and Online Forms
I recently ran into some problems with IE8 when creating online forms using custom HTML, and am looking for a fresh eye at the problem. Our new form works perfectly in other browsers, including older versions of IE, but we ran into numerous problems with IE8.
At first we were pointing to an external style sheet and external images. This worked in all browsers except IE8. Next we tried using embedded and inline CSS, this worked in the other browsers, and IE8 recognized the CSS but did not load our images.
Finally, we used embedded CSS and hosted our images in Netsuite. Now the form is almost perfect in IE8, except that a container DIV we have is being repeated even though we tell it explicitly not to repeat. Netsuite is calling this defect 170769.
