Blocking DEFECT: Can NOT Export Pricing Searches

For the last week we have been unable to Export Pricing Searches of a fairly modest size of 5,000 rows. It is displayed on the web page, but when clicking Export (to CSV or to Excel) it always times out. Tried as a scheduled saved search email, but no email/file was ever received.

As a result we have been unable to make some critical price updates which require export of prices, update in Excel, and then import/update to NetSuite.
