When adding a catalog to a web store order freight is doubled.
Is anyone else experiencing any issues with web store freight calculations having a different amount when compared to back office Sales Order entry? We list our catalog as a related item at checkout from our web store. The catalog is a free item and is shipped free when a customer requests the catalog. However, we found when a customer adds the catalog to their order during checkout, or at any other area from the web store, freight is increased by an abnormal amount, $12 to $14.
