The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Slow ERP Performance - Monitoring
We have been on NetSuite for the past year and users have generally complained of slow performance in terms of loading lists and editing records. (compared to our own and other applications) We are a Cdn software company and understand how important performance is.
We have logged several cases with NetSuite as they have asked. (with specific users capturing the PET details) NetSuite says they will look into this but I have not really seen any progress. One case was recent closed off, with a message saying it had been addressed but I'm not sure if anything has improved.
I would like to start tracking our companies overall page loading with NetSuite. I have been referred to the status.netsuite site but this is for all users, so this does not help me much.
