Outlook Integration 1.0 / Outlook 2007 Issue

Hello;

My users are reporting a strange issue with Outlook 2007 & the Outlook Integration client version 1.  When they save a message into NetSuite, sometimes up to 4 copies of the message are created within Outlook.  It does not appear at this time that they are being re-sent or being saved to NetSuite, but before I file a case for the issue, I was hoping to get a sample if anyone on the forums uses Outlook Integration 1.0 / 2007, and has seen similar errors.

FYI, our email accounts are IMAP, if that makes a difference.
