Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

More blacklist/spam issues...?
Since the mid January incident when NetSuite mail servers were blacklisted by spamhaus.org (which is supposedly resolved) we are still seeing a dramatically increased number of rejections (we send out our invoices via email through NS). One of our customers invoices are continuing to reject so I contacted their hosting provider to see about getting removed from their blacklist and they informed that their spamtraps were still receiving spam generated from NS mail servers (see partial rejection header and note from provider below).
Any comments?
