Helps and Tips produce no search results for anything
This is a pretty good one. As new users we are regular visitors to the Help, Tips and FAQS.
This afternoon all of our searches are yielding no results. ie A search for 'Sales' produces:
Your search - sales - did not match any documents.
No pages were found containing "sales".
Suggestions:
Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
Try different keywords.
Try more general keywords.
Of course, one our our guys couldn't help searching for Netsuite in the Netsuite help:
