This is getting unacceptable. It happens numerous times a day, I have an S2 Defect with SEVEN error codes, and you still have no idea what so ever causes this.
We are loosing sales left and right, especially during a very busy time for us, and half the time we cant even tell that there is anything wrong! In fact, I only notice the ones I do because of Liveperson letting me monitor our site and the pages visitors see.
