Excessive "UNEXPECTED_ERROR" with scripts since upgrade - needs attention

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:58PM in General 26 comments

I have noticed a significant increase in the "UNEXPECTED_ERROR" errors with scripts since our upgrade.  I have asked support for additional details on 5-6 of them supplying the "Error Ticket" as a reference.  Usually they just repeat what I already know, e.g. "It is script 123 deployment 1" - yeah, I know.  I have tried to get additional information but nothing substantial will be supplied.

At this point I need to get PAST support and escalate the issue because I think there is something wrong but I can't get any details to investigate.

If anyone from NetSuite is seeing this message please advise on how we can move past the usual support channel on these issues.  Each time they request the script and want to look at my code but the problems are not reproducible and the scripts are difficult to invoke in the correct context.  I can't go down a path with support where I start explaining my scripts details and educating them on how it works - this needs a higher level of attention.
