ATTN SUPPORT: Can't submit a trouble ticket
I can't submit a trouble ticket - found out when trying to report/add a case to track the outage that just happened.
After I click on the 'submit' button, I receive the following:
Invalid contact reference key 2067561 for company 1872543.
My company number is not 1872543, it's 793267. Not sure how the different company ID's got applied, but I really hope this is not indicitive of a larger problem.
