Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Can't add discount items to sales order - Started today
The following error started this morning.
On computers running Microsoft Windows XP, when users try to add discount items or a subtotal to a sales order, when they click add to add it to the item list, it will not let them add it. There is an error in the bottom left-hand corner of the browser. The details of the error are:
Message: 'length' is null or not an object
Line: 1
Char: 40986
Code: 0
URI: https://system.netsuite.com/javascript/NLUtil.jsp__NS_VER=2010.1.0&locale=en_US.nlqs
This just started this morning. I’ve had users reboot, clear cache, update their Internet Explorer to the latest version o f IE. I’ve also tried it on Chrome and Firefox and get the same problem. On a PC that was doing it, I logged in as a different user – one with full admin rights and still had the problem. This does not happen on a PC that is running Windows 7.
