Oz Development has a workaround for NetSuite's Defect 177583 - Save and Bill
Oz Development provided us with a workaround this week for NetSuite's Defect 177583: Billing fails from Save and Bill using Process Individual Order.
We have been with NetSuite for almost 2 years now and have as many as 400 + orders to fulfill at any given time during the day. We have 4 PCs which are constantly processing fulfillments. Due to NetSuite's limited ability to integrate with multiple carriers simultaneously, which was disclosed during our implementation, we went to Oz Development for their integration tool. OzLINK has performed flawlessly but, due to NetSuite defects our shipping department has been in turmoil. NetSuite's customer support tried to blame one issue as being an OzLINK scripting issue.
