Inactivity Time-out - but not inactive

Hello,

I have a user here that is getting the inactivity-timeout screen asking for their password.  This is occurring within a short time of logging in. We have tried the system.netsuite.com and system2.netsuite.com.  None of the other users are seeing this problem, at least yet.

The only difference is that this user did start later on during the day, but not sure if this is part of the problem.

Basically they cannot work.  This screen comes up even while entering data into netsuite.

Any suggestions or advice?  They cannot do any work so far today.
