Netsuite in Internet Explorer 7 Javascript Crash

Anytime a customer service rep edits a sales order, they change order status to IN Art Department, then scrolls down to the messages Tab, selects Sales order: approval of terms and paper proof.

Then the page shows a javascript error and the record can no longer be saved. This does not happen in chrome, so I have begun rolling Chrome out to any users with similar javascript issues. See error image below.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Do we expect someone to look at it and attept to resolve it, if so when?
