Pardot Integration Sales Assignment
We are doing all of our sales assignment in Pardot because of the flexibility. I have no NetSuite rules for lead assignment.
For months it has been working like this. If a sales rep exists in Pardot, but not in NetSuite, the sales rep field is left blank. This is perfect because Netsuite always overrides Pardot fields and in this case we want the field left blank.
Just recently the behavior changed. Now the assignment of the lead if the Netsuite user doesn't match the Pardot user goes to the owner of the Pardot/NetSuite connector.
Does anyone know how to override this default? NetSuite, why did the behavior change? Can we get it put back to the way it was?
