Item record fields mysteriously "Unset"
We have just stumbled upon an item record where almost all fields are blank. We've had this item for a while and it has been on the website for several years. The System Notes on the Item History tab shows that on 3/23/2010 2:50 pm I simultaneously "Unset" all the information in 50 separate fields. I've reviewed all my tasks and activity on my pc from that date and can't find any reason I would have even touched that item on that date.
I am nervous that I did something at that particular moment which inadvertently removed info from an item record. I search NS help for "unset" but that didn't give me any clues.
