Fedex Integration Giving Unexpected Error on Fulfillment

edited Dec 3, 2019 2:58PM in General 4 comments

Anyone else come across this.

Fedex Integration and Item Fulfillment.

1. Fulfill as normal, Select Fedex and method of Fedex Ground, set status to packed, create/identify packages, calculate shipping, all work perfectly.

2. Address for customer is NOT checked as residential (business)

3. Submit and receive error 'Inactive Customer Account'.

4. Return, reload, do all over again but uncheck the 'Integrated Shipping Label', test calculation which works, and save. All saves well.

5. Edit and check the 'Integrated Shipping Label' and save. Receive error 'Unexpected Error'.

Cannot figure out what is wrong. The fedex account is correct and valid, and the fedex integration in Setup > Account > Shipping was successful, and also UPS integration works without a hitch. The error message is useless to troubleshoot so hoping someone else may have run into this and solved.

Howdy, Stranger!
