customer Id error
We have recently being testing different ways of recognising customers. We turned on auto generated numbers with the prefix test so that we would know which leads/customers etc were generated for the test.
That worked fine and we know what we need and want the numbers to be, however now we have the problem that when we try and edit an existing lead/customer name(existed previous to the test customers/leads) because the company name has changed the customer id tab shows the previous name and the new name and adds this name to all contacts attached to the company. Making all emails look so unprofessional.
