Getting blank pages and locked out of online support!

Help!

I can log into NetSuite as the Administrator, but when I try to search for a customer record or transaction, I get a blank page.

We have Silver support, but when I clicked "Contact Support Online," a message appeared:  "You do not have privileges to perform this operation."

What to do?
