suilet script parameters

I have encountered another problem, someone who knows please tell me how to deal with it.

I have created a suitelet script and added two parameters, but I left the preferences to be empty( neither company nor user), so in this case I could specify the parameter values when I deploy this script. and I do see the parameter tab when I deploy the suilet script, and edit the value. however, after I clicked save, I click the parameter tab, the value I have entered could not be saved. Any guys got this problem before?
